Through yoga we can again get connected with our organic body, from where we can rejuvenate. The conscious mind becomes Aware of the Unconscious Habits, in this way we are able to rectify our old habits and transform our life for betterment. The scattered energy collects itself and Reposes as Peace, love and Respect towards life. Let us all rise to a higher realm in Life.”
